Richard Bierschbach Career
After law school, Richard Bierschbach clerked for Judge A. Raymond Randolph on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit (1997–1998). He then became a Bristow Fellow in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of the Solicitor General (1998–2000). From 2000 to 2001, he clerked for Justice Sandra Day O’Connor on the U.S. Supreme Court. He later worked as an Attorney-Adviser in the DOJ’s Office of Legal Counsel (2001–2002).
