Our Mission
Biography Kind started in 2024 with one simple goal — to write biographies that are accurate, easy to read, and actually worth your time.
A lot of biography websites either give you too little information or dump everything in one unreadable wall of text. We do neither. Every profile on Biography Kind is structured, researched, and written so that whether you’re here for a quick fact or a deep dive — you get exactly what you came for.
We take accuracy seriously. Every biography goes through research and editorial review before it’s published. If something is wrong, we fix it — there’s a ‘Suggest an Edit’ option on every profile page for exactly that reason.

How It Started
My name is Sunny Rana. Before launching Biography Kind, I spent two years as a freelance writer covering the entertainment world — writing about celebrities, public figures, and people making headlines.
During that time, I kept running into the same problem. Whenever I needed reliable information about a public figure, Wikipedia was the only source worth trusting. And even Wikipedia struggled to keep up with newer artists, influencers, and recently famous personalities. Their data was often outdated or missing entirely.
That gap is what pushed me to build something better. After months of preparation, I launched Biography Kind in 2024 — a free, accurate, and regularly updated biography platform that covers not just established celebrities but also the people who are becoming famous right now.
I studied Media at Jamia Millia Islamia, one of India’s most respected universities. That background helped me understand how information should be sourced, verified, and presented — and it helped me connect with the right people to build a team that takes this work seriously.
Our Team
Biography Kind runs on a small but dedicated team of 8 people.
Five core members handle everything that goes on the site — research, writing, editing, and publishing. Three freelance researchers work behind the scenes, digging through interviews, news articles, official social media accounts, and public records to build the research foundation for every biography we publish.
Every team member has a clear role. Nothing goes live until it has passed through writing, editing, and a final fact-check. That’s how we make sure every profile on this site meets our quality standard — no matter who it’s about.
How We Research
Every biography on Biography Kind goes through a clear step-by-step process before it goes live.
Step 1 — Subject Selection
Our editorial team decides who to cover based on public interest, trending topics, and reader requests. Anyone can suggest a profile through the Submit a Profile option on our website — it’s completely free.
Step 2 — Research
Once a subject is selected, our freelance research team gets to work. They gather verified information from interviews, news articles, official social media accounts, podcasts, and credible public sources. Everything is compiled into a detailed research document.
Step 3 — Writing
The research document is handed to our writing team, who turn it into a clean, structured, and easy-to-read biography — with a Quick Info Table, detailed sections, and clear headings.
Step 4 — Editorial Review
Before anything goes live, it passes through a final editorial review. Facts are checked, errors are corrected, and the profile is confirmed ready for our readers.
We don’t rush this process. Every profile — whether it’s about a global superstar or a rising influencer — goes through the same steps.

Every submission is carefully reviewed by our editorial team. We verify the details, check the sources, and decide whether the profile meets our publishing standards. Not every submission gets published, but every single one gets a fair review. And if needed, we may add or adjust information before publishing to make sure it meets our quality standard.
