Musical Journey of KRSNA

KRSNA’s love for rap began in London, with early influences like Snoop Dogg. His first learned rap song was “Who Am I (What’s My Name)?” He began recording songs by 18 and released his first remix track in 2006 under the name Young Prozpekt.

He moved to Mumbai in 2007 with demo tracks, but they were rejected without being heard. Undeterred, he joined the same label as an intern to understand the industry better. His persistence and talent slowly began to gain recognition.

Debut and Rise

In 2010, he gained viral fame with “Kaisa Mera Desh”, which became the unofficial anthem of the Commonwealth Games. In 2014, he released his first album “Sellout”, making him the first Indian hip-hop artist to tour five cities with a band.
